Will Landers CFA, Managing Director, Senior Portfolio Manager, is the
portfolio manager for the BlackRock Latin America Fund, the BGF Latin
America Fund, the BSF Latin American Opportunities Fund and the
BlackRock Latin American Investment Trust PLC. Prior to joining
BlackRock in 2006, he was a portfolio manager with Merrill Lynch
Investment Managers (MLIM). Will joined MLIM in January 2002 to
focus on Latin America within the Global Emerging Markets Team.
Educated at Georgetown University, Will began his career as an invest-
ment banker working with Latin American clients, then spent seven years
as a Latin American research analyst at two “Bulge Bracket” Wall Street
firms, focusing initially on Food and Beverage stocks, and later on
Technology stocks. Will speaks Portuguese and Spanish and is based in
Princeton, NJ.

Andrew Cummings Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Explorador Capital
Management, LLC. Previously, Andrew worked for Emerging Markets Investors
Corporation, focused on investments in Argentina, Chile, Peru and Ecuador.
Andrew holds an M.B.A. from Harvard University and a B.S. from the University
of California at Berkeley. He has lived and traveled in Latin America over the last
20 years and serves on the Board of INPAR, a publicly traded Real Estate
company in Brazil.
Alternative instruments as part of a Latin American portfolio
Brigitte Posch PIMCO Executive Vice President and Portfolio Manager in its emerging
markets group. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2008, she was a managing director and head
of Latin American securitization and trading at Deutsche Bank. Ms. Posch was
previously a director with Ambac, responsible for developing asset- and mortgage-
backed securities in emerging markets. Before joining Ambac, she was a vice president
and senior credit officer with Moody’s Investors Service in New York, responsible for
rating asset- and mortgage- backed securities in Latin America. She also worked in Sao
Paulo, Brazil at Banco Inter-Atlantico/Credit Agricole, Citibank and ABN AMRO. She
has 15 years of investment experience and holds an undergraduate degree from
Mackenzie University of São Paulo.

Eric Saucedo Partner at Tricap Partners & Co., an investment banking
firm focused on early-stage and middle market growth companies. He
has experience in investment banking with UBS and JP Morgan & Co.,
he served as a Principal with Compass Capital LLC in New York, a
private equity fund and affiliate of JP Morgan Partners, and he served
as a Vice President at Apax Partners & Co. He is a Director of Granite
Intelligence, a due diligence and investigations firm, a Director of The
KidSmart Company, a supplemental learning and education company,
and a Director of the Miami Finance Forum. Mr. Saucedo holds a BA in
Economics from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA
from The Georgetown University Graduate School of Business.
