VXTracker Department Reports

This report is Filtered to only show the Customer Support Department. When this manager logs in
to the VXTracker, they will only see this information – no other departments.




When the user clicks on the Red, Hyper-linked Customer Support name, they will see a list of all of
the people in their department – like the report below.

When the user clicks on Alvin, it shows this…




This particular report shows that Alvin has both a desk phone (ext. 1210) and a cell phone (ext.
555-342-4749). If you only collect calls from your cell phone provider, it will only show the cell
phone.


When the user clicks on either extension, it shows the call detail for that extension, or cell phone,
like this report.




Column 4 (Mapping) can be used or not. If you put your mouse over the 801-314-9999 number, it
brings up a dialog box and allows you to input a name. There is a Mapped Number report that will
show you all the numbers you have mapped – how many times it was called (or called in) and allows
you to drill down and see all the calls that were made to that number.

Each column can be sorted from high-to-low or low-to-high. It also sorts by City, State, Duration,
etc.
