- Yes of course having the right technology is an important part - and we have some pretty nifty technology that has been specifically designed for this purpose – but there is a host of other stuff you need to know how to do.You have to get the challenge right – rubbish in rubbish outYou have to recruit the right group of people and surprisingly not just those who you think know the answerYou have to provide them with an environment where they can work collaboratively and to do that you need to understand technology and how ideas are generated and refined into workable solutionsYou have to Engage them in the challenge and demonstrate what’s in it for themYou have to get participation – you not only need to bring the horse to water but you need to make sure it drinks as well.You need to stimulate their thinking to get the best out of themAnd you have to steer the whole process to a conclusionAnd all of that is exactly what we do and why it’s successful.
