An Air Intake Screen is a long lasting, weather resistant filter
designed specifically for high velocity airflow applications
such as chillers, dry air coolers, air handling units, cooling
towers and air conditioning units.

Our screens prevent airborne debris from
clogging internal coil fins, perishable filters
and other components. Clogging restricts the
movement of air, which means that plant has
to work harder to draw in its required airflow,
costing more money to run and increasing the
risk of breakdown and downtime.
Air Intake Screens can be easily retro-fitted
to most HVAC plant as they are all individually
made-to-measure for their respective
applications. With a long product warranty,
these highly durable filters can be cleaned
using a soft brush, hose or vacuum and
significantly reduce onsite maintenance time
and cleaning requirements.

University in the south of England
Work carried out:
Air intake screens were installed to a range of chillers, dry air
coolers and air handling units at a variety of buildings across
the estate. They offer minimal impact upon airflow whilst
providing excellent air filtration quality, significantly reducing
on site maintenance requirements.
Brief:
To install a filtration solution to prevent airborne debris from
entering air intake systems without negatively impacting upon airflow.
... I am pleased to say that they are working very well and have enabled the service
engineers and our own onsite maintenance to be able to clean off the chillers and air
handling units quickly and easily. This has saved a considerable amount of work as
filters and cooling batteries are no longer becoming clogged.
