The NanoApp Manager (Web Portal) gives participant access
to demonstration MS Project plans and Excel Templates:

provide MS Excel plan templates as alternatives) and highlights tasks for
inclusion in the Portfolio Hierarchy provided – by default this is
Programme, Stream, Project (later sprints will let PMO configure this)

Each PM can optionally highlight any one or more tasks/milestones in
their plan to show whether it is either:
 Depending upon (Recipient Dependency) some other Project
Manager’s task or tasks.
 Needed by (Donor Dependency) some other Project Manager’s
plan for work to proceed on schedule.
Note that each PM does not need to know the low level detail of every
other PMs plans – just that they are dependent on some event or that
their event is depended upon by other PMs
