1. Joe was much more than just a great employee. He always puts his heart and soul
into everything he does - and it shows. He built fiercely loyal teams, motivated
everyone around him, he inspired staff and led from the front. Joe has the "magic
touch" in sales, management and a unique ability to train and motivate people.
Wherever and whenever we needed to start a critical project or turnaround a
troubled campaign, Joe was our go-to man.
He was instrumental in developing our company beyond our start-up years. He was
and deeply missed when he needed to move back to the USA. He is still missed, and
although many “bosses” give lip-service to employees as family, we will always
consider Joe a member of Artsmarketing's family.
