2. Our production company! Our production company is a company that is responsible for the development and physical production of new media, this being a thriller film. Our company is also directly responsible for the raising of funds for our production. We make decisions on our budget as well as deciding what actors/actresses will be hired and who is suitable for what role, a budget can make decisions possible or impossible.

3. What does a production company do? A production company is a company responsible for the physical production of a new media, performing arts, film, radio, or television programme. The company may in addition be directly responsible for the raising of funds for the construction or may accomplish this through a representative. The production company may either be a small or bigger company, selling its products to a film studio or presenting it at a theatrical venue, or – in the case of film and television – it may be the studio itself.

4. The idea of a distributor, who that might be and why? We would ideally have DNA Films distribute our film as they distribute in the UK. They tap into the best talent in Utah and beyond. They have great connections with local and national vendors, agents, managers, crew members and facilities. They are located in the heart of the business district. They would collaborate with us to find the best way to tell our story through images and sound, they would immerse themselves in our world gaining a keen understanding of the type of audience we are trying to capture. They relentlessly search for the perfect camera angle, lighting setup, and post production technique to help our audience have a positive and engaging experience with our film. Also helping us be able to create a individual and unique film – rising about the rest and challenging our competitors. 5. Who would fund a film such as ours? Our film is funded by the British Film Council, this is where the money has come from to make our production. The UK Film Council is the Government backed lead agency for film in the UK ensuring that the economic, cultural and educational aspects of film are effectively represented at home and abroad. They fund script development, film production, short films, film export and distribution, cinemas, film education, culture and archives, festivals and audience support schemes.

6. Job titles In an opening sequence to any film the job titles of the people in the film appear in a certain order. For the reason that the bigger roles and job titles appear first or last, with the smaller job titles or roles in-between to signify importance and hierarchy. We have the producer appearing first, then director, editor, cameraperson then assistant roles.

7. What is our film similar to ‘institutionally’? Institutionally, our film is similar to ‘The Orphan’ (2009) directed by Jaume Collet-Serra written by David Johnson and Alex Mace. The story is of a husband and wife who recently lose their baby adopt a 9-year-old girl who is not as innocent as she claims to be. It would be released in a similar way to our film ‘Inseparable’ as our film also stars not one but two orphans, one of which is the older sister and – similar to ‘The Orphan’ – isn't as innocent as she claims to be.

8. Our Thrillers selling point Our thrillers particular selling point is that it is a unique and individual idea which has not been done before, its exceptional production and distribution will take place in the UK. This is a good lucrative opportunity for a major Hollywood film studio to release through an associated major distribution company; therefore our film would have immense funds and we would be able to do a lot more with our film rather than it being based just in the UK.
