Making recommendationsforperformance improvementandensuringdevelopment foremployeesin
the work unit.
Establishingeffectiveworkteamrelationships.
Manage and supervise local workforce programsregarding AnnualLeave,SickLeave,FMLA,Returnto
Work, inaccordance toFederal,USPS,andlocal as applicable,guidelines,standardsandregulationsand
workingwithlocal anddistrictHumanResourcesasneededtoensure compliance.
Havingfrequentcontactwith the public,large volume mailers,andrepresentativesof the community,
businessandmailingorganizationstorespondtomailinginquiries.
Supervisingandparticipatinginrecord-keepingof workhours,mail volumes,costascertainmentdata,
carrier transportationcosts,accidentandinjuryoccurrencesandcosts,andpersonnel time and
attendance.
Communicate information,instructions,orideastoindividualsorgroupssufficienttoprovide guidance,
resolve problems,facilitateinformationflow andwrite reports.
Identifyingandcorrectingphysical hazards.
Investigatingandreportingaccidents.
