„LEARNING BY EATING“
THE CHERRY MUFFIN PROJECT OF
CLASS 9F

2. INGREDIENTS
 250 gram flour
 2 teaspoons baking powder
 125 gram white sugar
 1 package vanilla sugar
 125 gram butter
 3 eggs
 a tiny bit of salt
 2-4 table spoons milk
 cherries (optional)
 24 paper muffin liners
 muffin baking pan
Decoration:
 sugar powder
 cream
 …

3. PREPARATION: STEP 1
 Preheat oven to 175°C
 Put all ingredients into a
bowl and mix it (except
the milk)

4. STEP 2
 Pour milk into the
bowl and stir
everything

5. STEP 3
 Pour the muffin
batter into the
paper liners or the
muffin pan (3/4 in
each paper
liner/muffin pan)

6. STEP 4
 Put cherries into the
muffin batter
(optional)

7. STEP 5
 oven temperature: 175°C
 baking time:
20 – 25 minutes

8. STEP 5
Decorate your
muffins!!!!!
