Administrator where I worked as part of a team liaising with Job Centres & the General Public arranging
appointments to speak to Careers Advisers using the MyOffice Online Diary System. Essential attributes for this
role include being methodical, attentive to detail, an ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines as well as
having a keen eye for Customer Service.
As one of the Key Holders my duties also involve opening & securing the office (depending on shift rota).
