• Carry out the duties of a Housekeeping Supervisor (Public Areas) when required.
• To understand and demonstrate competently the standards and procedures as set out by your
department.
• Anticipate guest needs through observation and offer prompt, efficient service either personally or
through effective communication with other associates.
• Undertake additional duties as requested by the Executive Housekeeper and Hotel Management.
• Assist in training new staff members, coach them and monitor their performance.
• Full awareness of currently daily status of hotel.
• Ensure smooth hand over to next shift.
• Communication and recording of complaints.
• Be aware of daily functions, events, VIP and group arrivals.
• Making linen inventory every month.
