Reference for Jen Gerrard:
It is a pleasure to provide a professional and personal reference for Jen Gerrard. I worked
with Jennifer from 1998 to 2003 and since that time have kept in contact and followed
her advancement within the quality, product safety and social responsibility field.
Jen joined my team as a textile lab technician in 1998. In this role Jen embraced learning
the job function by showing initiative in requesting stretch training and projects to further
her knowledge and interaction with engineers. Her initiative and inquisitive nature
provided her the background and experience in both soft and hard-lines, to advance into a
lab specialist, assistant engineer and engineer positions.
As a member of my team she experienced the process of “doing the right thing” with
integrity and ethics. Quality was integral in our company foundation and she learned
how to influence and train business teams by simplifying concepts and being open and
transparent.
Jennifer is open to trying new experiences and owning changes required to improve her
personal and professional standing. She has a balance in her life between family and
career and functions well in a team environment.
