savings and anticipated $2.6MM in recovery of lost damages due to startup issues.
Completed numerous design reviews that identified numerous operational, quality and utilities deficiencies
resulting in $5MM additional infrastructure capital investment projects.
Steam: Identified cost savings project for direct fired hot water heaters for bottle warmers
which eliminated need for additional boiler capacity. Resulted in net cost savings for the
plant ($73K annually)
Treated water: Water capacity was insufficient to supply both lines at same time. Developed project to
rent additional RO water skid for the next several months to bridge time when new storage capacity can
be built.
Provide CCR capital management, Evaluations to meet KORE and Quality system capital requirements, and

engineering external resources. External resources to supplement and aid internal project managers in
executing capital spend plan and completing projects.
Responsible for >$15 MM in multi-facility capital projects from conception through installation (2013-14) while
being responsible for engineering and installation of $42 MM Non-Carbonated Beverage line #2 installation
and building expansions. Project included: installation of a state of the art high speed Non Carb line. (800 BPM
20 oz.) and all related infrastructure. Managed 50K+ sq.ft. building expansions to achieve C. of O. and
utilization in less than 5 months.
Responsible for providing engineering services to support new product capability and rollouts through use of
co-manufacturers. Provide engineering assessments and support to CCR co-manufacturing team in
determining capital required to achieve CCR production and product quality. (last 6 years)
Provided leadership in site startup and rollout activities.
Provided capability assessments and estimated capital required for manufacturing and building and

manufacturing facility.
Managed Engineering and Maintenance staff (2001 till 2007) consisting of a maintenance manager, 15
hourly, one IT coordinator, and one shop floor engineer.
Responsible for implementation of Marshall Institute World Class maintenance, and CCNA Maintenance

equipment.
Developed detailed engineering estimates and budgets with regards to control of fixed and variable costs as
well as all capital expenditures related to building, packaging, processing equipment.

Lead local engineering evaluation of new production facility site search and evaluation resulting in purchase

infrastructure upgrade at CCNA Truesdale Missouri Packaging facility. Was recipient of The Coca-Cola
Company Mega Tag award for project and operational savings in excess of $450,000. (identified and executed

Managed and lead the Engineering and maintenance group to significant improvements: Significant
reduction in time required from project inception through execution, value added design, coordination, and
installation. Improved maintenance management through TPM implementation which resulted in reduction in
mean time between repairs and failures, production downtime, utility and maintenance cost reduction.
