the independent optical channel. Focus placed on expanding US specific collection offerings and developing sales strategies to
maximize penetration and sell through with existing Silhouette customers. Optical channel sales +/- $6 million
US Brand Manager – adidas Eyewear July 2006 – Sep2008
Responsible for strategy and execution of US specific initiatives in the Opticaland Retail distribution channels. Primary p oint of
contact with European based parent company / manufacturer to ensure appropriate product, marketing and sales strategies
designed for US market. Top line responsibilities for business plans, brand positioning, inventory, P & L, budgeting and staffing.
Involved in brand alliance and shared sales force and marketing relationships with key adidas divisions, namely Taylor Made,
adidas Golf, and all adidas America retail and category divisions. Brand and sales management supervision for 130 +/- sales reps
through various “accessed” sales forces operating under theSilhouette or adidas umbrellas. TotalUS adidas Eyewear sales +/- $8

Boeri USA Inc., Cambridge, NY January 2004 – June 2006

Responsible for set up and implementation of Boeri Italy’s new US subsidiary while maintaining all duties and responsibilities of
previous position at MPH Associates. Facilitated all real estateand systemacquisitions. Recruited and staffed new headquarters
while orchestrating a seamless transition for our retail customers. Responsible for all aspects of sales, marketing and distribution
as well as product management and P&L. Facilitated import and ocean freight logistics and well as domestic distribution and
traffic. Created Women’s Collection and established marketing partnership with Susan G. Komen Foundation for Breast Cancer
Awareness. Annual US sales +/- $12 million
MPH Associates Inc. / Boeri Sport USA, Norwood, MA August 1997 – Dec2003
Vice President of Sales
Responsible for national sales in wintersport and outdoor channels of all brands under theMPH umbrella: Boeri Ski and
Snowboard Helmets, Euro Sled, Swiss Bob, Cerax Nanowax and Hot Gear Bags. Designed and implemented all sales and
marketing programs to achieve consistent market penetration and continued brand awareness and dominance. Hired and
managed an outsidesales force of 19 individuals and an inside customer service staff of 6. Acted as product manager and liaison
for Italian manufacturer. Responsiblefor the identification and acquisition of new products for the MPH line-up that created
opportunities for additional revenue. Worked to ensure cohesive branding message was delivered through marketing and
merchandising of all MPH brands. Negotiated 5 year cross marketing contract with Volvo US. Grew Boeri market share to 70%.

Responsible for purchasing ski and mountain bike hardgoods and accessories for Stratton’s 15 retail and rental locations.
Managed multi-million dollar purchasing budget to effectively stock retail stores and rental locations with quality, image driven
