Responsible for greeting customers and answering phones through a bank switchboard. Responsible for general
clerical support for the Home Federal Bank Main Branch and providing excellent customer service.
• Displays tact, diplomacy and courtesy in greeting customers and answering the phone.
• Provides general clerical support for Retail/Mortgage/Marketing/Hometown following established procedures and
guidelines.
• Demonstrates a general understanding of all Home Federal Bank products and services.
• Facilitates the opening/closing of the bank entry ways for walk-in traffic.
