Their previous shop was located at 1085F, Jalan Sultan Sulaiman but after a FIRE incident happened, they were forced to move to new shop on 25th August 2013. On November 2015, they started their first online business. They started their business in Facebook. This is so that they can widen their business and also make use of the social media to make profits. Not only that, by using social media, their business are also growing rapidly.
They will reduce price for frequent customers. This is so that they will not lose any customers even though they have a lot of competitors with almost the same price but the frequent customers will always come back to their shop despite the discounts the owners gives them. Not only that, customers like Taras Beach Resort, when they buy in bulk they will have a special price for them.
They are also friendly on social media and also when they are introducing new products or giving opinions for their customers. Some customers will ask for the florist about the comparison and also which flowers suits them the best, Aunty Bee Beng will give her best opinion to them.
They are actively promoting their products in social media. Social media like Facebook is their main medium to promote and also to run their business.
LMITED CUSTOMERS: As Kuala Terengganu is a small area, the customers are limited as there not many of them wants to buy flowers.

DIY Tutoring = Can do diy tutoring to teach customers as well as attract customers to buy flowers in their shop
Hire professional worker = Before COMMENCING their work, worker need to be trained ways to be a better florist
Imperfect information = The information that Melia and Honeybee get are different because of the location and also the price information.
Product differentiation = Both of the shops are selling same basic products but have differences in qualities such as types, appearance and quality. ( For instance, Melia and Honeybee is selling the same product, flower but the appearance that they had made is different. )
