I am Karla Machón, I will be your host during your stay in our beautiful
country El Salvador.
Our mission is for you to have a pleasant and productive business stay while
visiting us. My assistant Celina Mixco and I, are at your service as needed,
you can find our contact information on our phone directory on this booklet.
We hope the information included in this little guide is useful and helpful
during your visit, and if you should have any suggestions or comments
about your visit, our condo or this booklet, please feel free to write down any
feedback on the back cover.

Torre del Sol is located on a strategic location, from
here you can get easily to nearby malls, formal and fast
food restaurants, convenience stores, gas stations and
supermarkets within walking distance from the
condo.
This is an architectural complex building that consist
of two modern style modules. The first unit is an eight
level building with 28 apartments, the second unit is a
three level parking spaces for 60 vehicles and 18 mini
warehouses.
Outside of the apartmet and without leaving the
complex you can relax at the condo’s common areas
that include a gym, swimming pool, sauna, pool table
and cable TV, you can get to know your neighboors.

5. The condo has security guards at the gate and patrolling the grounds 24
hours a day seven days a week. They are there for your safety. They speak
Spanish only, are very friendly and will do their best to assist you, if you
should have any need for them.
Condo Security Services
Some information you need to know about the condo’s security
Guests and fast food deliveries are welcome at the condo but the gate
security will call your landline before they let anyone enter the complex to
come up to your door.
Maid Services
Our condo maid, will be there to help you
During your stay our maid will be doing general cleaning and will do the beds. If
you leave dirty clothes and towels in the laundry room’s hamper, she will do a
wash and dry. She will iron, if there are any items you need iron leave them on
top of the dryer so she can do them for you.
If your visit is longer than a week, please strip your bed on Friday mornings and
she will wash and re-do your bed.
Let us know if you want to have delicates sent to the dry cleaners. Prices are:
shirts $2.60, tie $1.95, suits $4.90, pants $2.30 (prices may vary)

6. Just in case you have an ache, a small cut or if the food didn’t sit well in your
stomach, there is a First aid kit you can use, you should find it in one of the
kitchen cabinets.

All of the bathroom supplies and bathroom itself is under constant cleaning while
you are staying in the condo and after every visit all supplies and bathroom needs
are disinfected.
You can rest assure that you are safe when using any of the loofahs, toilet seats,
etc. and won’t have to worry about anything but enjoying your daily bathroom
routine.
It has the essentials for the most common pains and aches, if you have any
questions about what to take you can ask me, now if you feel a pill won’t
help, you can call the emergency medical services.

We have digital cable TV for your entertainment while you are relaxing in the condo. In order for
you to surf the channels you must use both the TV control and the cable box control for viewing.
There are also many other channels to choose from and you can explore other channels and
practice your Spanish by watching local channel below.

There’s a work station in site, with a desktop computer, printer, scanner and
all you need to get ready for your next meeting. For your laptop computer we
have secure wireless Internet, you can also plug in your Ethernet cable for a
faster connection.

9. Please use the large bottled water on the counter to
drink, prepare foods and to make ice also you will find
smaller bottles in the fridge.

Let’s get cooking!
The condo kitchen is fully equipped and always stocked with basic
needs. Just look around and you should find everything you need to
prepare a nice simple meal.

Here a simple Sandwich recipe you can
do in less than 5 minutes,
Avocado Sandwich
1 avocado
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon garlic
salt
1/2
teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 slice American cheese
2 slices bread
Mash the avocado in a bowl. Add lemon
juice, oil, garlic salt, salt, and pepper.
Stir together. Spread over sandwich
bread and top with a slice of American
cheese.
If you have special needs or requests make sure that you let me or
Celina know so we can accommodate the refrigerator to make you
stay more pleasant.

If you are looking to order something else you can contact Gourmet Express, they will bring you
pretty much whatever you want from any restaurant in town. They are a specialized food delivery
company; they deliver for over 42 renowned restaurants.
JUST DIAL AND PROVIDE THE CONDO’S PHONE NUMBER, THEY WILL HAVE THE ADDRESS ON FILE
Many of the fast food restaurants and some of the best ones have
delivery service for this area, here is a list of the most popular

12. We also use a safe taxi driver to do airport pick-ups and returns, you are welcome to use this
driver to take you out to do personal errands, drive you around town, take you shopping, etc. You
are welcome to call him or you can ask Celina to help you set this up.
Transportation
From the condo to any destination
Usually, a member of the SUG/TOG management team will pick you up in the mornings to take
you to the office or to any other location. Otherwise you will be provided with proper
transportation coming and going back to the condo.

13. Multi Plaza is an upscale mall with many shops and food court area. If you want
to catch the latest blockbuster, there is a multi unit movie theatre.
Shopping
Great places to shop or just to spend the afternoon
Relax - pick - point and smile…
La Gran Via is also an upscale mall with the added pleasure of a wide, open-air
promenade down the middle. You will find an excellent selection of restaurants
that open onto the promenade making it a great place for a meal or drink, there
is also a multi unit movie theatre.
Plaza Futura (World Trade Center) is the closest place from the condo you will
need to walk a couple of blocks, there you will find nice restaurants, coffee
shops and more.
A Taxi ride will cost you approximately $5.00 each way. You can call Walter Martinez – our
official cab driver – or call a cab, remember to take one of the business cards with the condo’s
address, to help you get back safely, you can find them on the main entrance’s table.
If you want go solo and explore San Salvador’s night life or just relax away from the condo, two of
the newest and best Shopping Malls in the region are just a short taxi ride away.

Again, relax - pick – point and smile…
Plaza Futura (World Trade Center) is the closest place from the condo you will
need to walk a couple of blocks, there you will find nice restaurants, coffee
shops and more.

The Office Guru's social responsibility program
We are taking in donations, to help the rehabilitation program FUNTER, collect over 1.5 million dollars
TOGether is The Office Guru’s Social responsibility Program, it
provides help to the Salvadorian community. A group of volunteers
from TOG is always ready to help, give, plant and clean.
Many of our employees are sponsoring the “Libras de Amor”
program which helps kids that are undernourished. Each month we
are donating a good amount of money to help this program.
TOGether has helped rebuilt a bridge, collected and delivered clothes for an entire
community, planted trees to help avoid erosion, went beach cleaning and we will
help handicapped people to learn English and also help with sea turtle preservation.
