to build market on social networks like Facebook and
Twiter

& Twitter Penetration
• Every 60 mins a new video is uploaded on Youtube in
Qatar
• 58 million users on Facebook in Arabia, 44% of these
log in daily and 36,000+ new users every day
• 6.5 million Arabic users on Twitter, increasing 3 times
year on year
• 88% of users on social media use social networks daily
• 1794 tweets are posted every second
• 155 million tweets are posted every day
Some campaigns that can be done by automobile players
could be
• Run crowd driven marketing research campaigns to
generate understanding especially from the expat
market in Qatar
• Cross geographical loyalty programs. As 90% is expat
population, this will build larger loyalty when people
shift from outside
• Run digital campaigns in partnership with banks and
embassies. While people shift from their natives,
brands will have access to customers at the first point
of contact
