 This role requires providing broad based administrative support to the Club General Manager,
Clubhouse Manager, Golf Professional and other management staff
 Primary responsibilities include:
o Development of Club booklets, brochures, newsletters and other marketing materials
o Answering and directing phone calls from outside vendors and members
o Taking and maintain reservations for the various Club dining venues
 Additional duties include electronic deposits, receiving and sorting mail, ordering office supplies, and
getting out important mailers

 Provided direct administrative support to the CEO, President, Vice President, CFO, and other senior
