What does it mean to be digitally capable? Not just for an individual, but from an organisational perspective. How will you lead using the plethora of digital tools and channels available to you?
The Jisc building digital capability project has been addressing these issues for institutional leaders, for those on the front line of teaching and research, and those who support them. Come and hear what difference it’s made to participants.

19. Evaluation
“I felt privileged to part of early conversations regarding Digital
Leadership. It was extremely useful to meet with others in the sector
who are keen to drive this agenda forward - all expertly facilitated by
JISC. I am now eager to make a difference and can’t wait to put some of
the ideas into place at my own institution.”

“With an ever evolving educational landscape it is vital that my College
uses technology to enhance delivery and effectiveness.TheJISC Digital
Leadership course has provided an excellent opportunity to reflect on
our own practice whilst learning from other institutions and industry

21. Evaluation
“As the strategic lead for Digital Learning for the organisation who is
relatively new in post and new to eLearning, this programme was
timely and instrumental in developing my understanding of the subject
area. It provided a good overview of the potential & importance of how
digital learning technologies can help shape and inform teaching and
learning strategies.
The 4 days coupled with lots of reflection in between helped cement my
approach to a significant change programme for the College. The
studies, presentations, workshop themes and networking, discussion
forums all contributed to this.”
