Hello Rizu,
On Friday May 16, 2008, we made a presentation to the MCP project
Managers. The information we shared with them included what the NAPIMS
Liaison Team has identified as ten top Best Practices. These include amongst
others:
• Early engagement with NAPIMS
• Regular and Frequent communication between a Project team and its
NAPIMS counterpart
• Providing information in NAPIMS approved format and details
• Upfront discussion and review of approval requests with NAPIMS
before forwarding to NAPIMS
We are delighted to report that the Delta South Quarters (DQS)
project team has been highly commended by NAPIMS for its
proactive engagement, information sharing, upfront discussion of
requests with NAPIMS and consistent messaging to NAPIMS.
We recommend this approach to other project teams within FE. Please
share with FELT and other project teams' Managers.
