Conclusion Based on our experiences in technology enhanced learning for agriculture and natural resources management, blended approaches in eLearning have great potential to improve the quality and relevance of related learning in developing countries as well as to reach increasing numbers of learners. However, training the present and future generations of teachers and learners in the rapidly evolving eLearning field as well as developing relevant eLearning resources (RLOs, OER) will be required if this potential is to be fully realized.
