EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
JACOBS ENGINEERING GROUP INC. LOGCAP IV OPERATION hereby agreed and
acknowledge this agreement made and entered into this 1st of February 2011 and valid till
one year from joining; renewable for the same period.
JACOBS ENGINEERING GROUP INC. a multinational company providing civilian support for the
British soldiers at War zone (The Employer) and Jagtar Singh agreed on terms of agreement for this
contract. Hence, seek to employ your services as a professional for the provision of professional civilian

2.0 CONSULTING PERSONNEL
You shall be expected to work with a prime experienced
JACOBS ENGINEERING GROUP INC.
LOGCAP IV OPERATION team with the mandate to provide excellent civilian services as stipulated in
this contract document. (10) hours a day, (7) days a week, (2) days off every each month in addition with
any British holiday event.
3.0 JOB COMMENCEMENT/ LOCATION
The work Environment will be within the serving experienced British military base providing Afghan
freedom along with staff of JACOBS ENGINEERING GROUP INC. LOGCAP IV . You are to report
immediately to the Senior Recruiting Officer (LAWSON GRANT) upon arrival to conclude prospects of
screening and other logistic.
3.0 REMUNERATION
Employee is eligible to receive, upon satisfactory completion period of (30 days); paycheck in US
DOLLARS via Bank transfer to any account of his/her choice an all inclusive monthly salary shall
become USD 6,000 (SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS) to be paid at end of every month from the employee
work period.
2. 4.0 ENTITLEMENTS
A total sum of USD $10,000 (TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS) completion benefit will be paid to the
Employee if successfully complete his/her one year contract agreement.
Sign-On Bonus USD $4,500 (In Your First Check),
USD $4,250 Paid for R&R; Employee Buy His/Her Own Ticket From Dubai,
Medical / Dental,
Short Term and Long Term Disability,
Life Insurance Paid.
5.0 PAID LEAVE PERIOD/ TRAVEL
* You will get four different R&R’s Paid Leave per year which can be taken (1 every 91 Day’s) with the
duration of (16) days R&R leave between the period of your one year contract with JACOBS

6.0 EXPENSES BEFORE TRAVEL BY EMPLOYEES
Expenses concerning Employee Traveling document before assumption of duty, shall be catered by the
Employer (Visa/ Flight Ticket), but if in any case any expenses is been incur by the Employee, the Employer
shall duly reimbursed the employee by after the submission of the expenses receipt at our job orientation
training camp in Abu Dhabi (UAE).
On no account shall the Employer allowed the employees accept shoulder costs for Travel Expenses,
Processing of Afghanistan Visa/Flight Ticket of Employee will be provided by employer at our job
orientation training camp in Abu Dhabi (UAE) were all our newly recruited employee will undergo a (3)
weeks job orientation training before assumption of duty.
Newly recruited prospective candidate of JACOBS ENGINEERING GROUP INC. LOGCAP IV
OPERATION, living outside UK will receive his/her Sign-On Bonus (4,500 USD) in Abu Dhabi (UAE)
before assumption of duty via Bank transfer to any choice of Bank account in US DOLLARS. A valid drivers
licences, Active secret Security Clearance And Affidavit of Oath Certificate from the British High Court
declaring not to indulge in any terrorism or criminal act is mandatory for all employee to acquire.
7.0 SAFETY & SECURITY
Safety and Security (Local/Foreign) and Facilities on Job Locations and communities are no small issues,
and have been seriously considered to ensure and assure hitch free operations, all staff are entitled to
security both at work locations & Residential Quarters (LSA). All operations on Job Location are designed
to adhere strictly to the Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy.
At all times during the performance of Employee duties under this agreement, the Employee shall strictly
adhere to all rules and regulation procedure that are now, or may here after be implemented from time to
time by the Employer.
You are entitled to a free and mandatory safety course on Job Locations to be delivered by qualified safety
and environment experts QA/QC.
8.0 TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT
This Agreement may be terminated immediately by the employer without notice if the employee branches
the confidence of the employer, violates professional ethics misrepresent his qualification. Neglect to
perform his duties here under or commit any wrong-doing in violation of the applicable law.
9.0 CONSEQUENCES OF TERMINATION
Upon the termination of this agreement, irrespective of the reason for such termination, the Employee shall
deliver to the Employer, or otherwise disposed as the Employer may direct any property or document
whatsoever relating to the Employer which the Employee may have in his/her possession or under his
custody furthermore the Employee shall forth with cease and desist from all confidential information.
3. 10.0 RESIGNATION
In case of resignation before the completion of one year of service whether for joining with another company
or going back to his/her country unless it is for force majur, the Employee shall provide the company a notice
of (7) days to provide the company an adequate time frame for procurement of flight ticket.
11.0 FEEDING & ACCOMMODATION
Newly recruited staff of JACOBS ENGINEERING GROUP INC. LOGCAP IV OPERATION, (You) will
reside at the company's Staff Quarters (LSA) for those who are deployed in Afghanistan. There are
Single Bed-room. You shall eat at any heros DFAC free of charge (3) times a day as there are dietary
options for vegetarians and non vegetarians.
12.0 MEDICAL EXPENSES
Employer will provide you with comprehensive regular Health care and Medical check up during the (3)
weeks training program and while working in Afghanistan. The employee will undergo series of medical
test such as HIV test, Malaria test

14.0 ACTIVE SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE
Prospective Candidates residing outside UK and without Active Secret Security Clearance and a valid
Certificate of Affidavit of Oath of Terrorism from the British High Court should submit the following:

15.0 ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Recreational/Sports and gym Facilities shall also be made available at the disposal of all staff with no
expenses to be incurred at the staff MWR. Laundry and Dry Cleaning Service will also be made
available to all staff by the company's laundry and dry cleaning unit.
