2. Estonian Business Angels Network EstBAN is an
umbrella organization for business angels seeking
investment opportunities in Estonia and its
neighboring regions.

- established in December 2012!
- at present we are a group of 25 angel investors!
- we meet up 2 times per month on!
- pitch events – 1st Monday of each month!
- networking & training events – 2nd Thursday of each month!
- we screen deals together and conduct due diligence together!
- decision making is individual!
- we may invest individually or in a syndicate depending on the
interest in the
deal!
- our investment range is usually between 20 k – 500 k EUR

8. Members & Sponsors
Members are encouraged to invite interested individuals to join EstBAN
as investors. Each new applicant must have a recommendation from 2
existing members. Annual membership fee is 200 EUR. !

We also accept associate members – organizations that can provide
tools or services necessary for EstBAN – currently we are in
negotiations with Tehnopol, Arengufond and Deloitte Advisory regarding
associate membership. !
Annual membership fee varies from 1000 – 3000 EUR.!
!
We also welcome any individual or organization to become a sponsor
for EstBAN. !
We are happy to accept any amount.
