SHANTI is a confidential service that provides support, awareness, networking, information, and training for the Punjabi Sikh community regarding alcohol problems. It offers culturally sensitive and holistic services, including free 1-to-1 sessions and group support in both Punjabi and English. SHANTI aims to increase recognition of alcohol problems and services within the Punjabi Sikh community and help those with alcohol issues access support and resources to enter recovery. It also supports concerned family members and seeks community involvement through facilitators to spread awareness and education.
