The State of Bavaria offers a great variety of regions and traditions. This shows itself in the number of the state’s government districts – there
are seven of them! Each one with its very own profile, featuring individual customs, historic cities, outstanding personalities and high-tech
industries. With this issue, we want to start a series of portraits that depict these Bavarian regions; today we begin with Middle Franconia.
