Loyalty NZ sought a new financial management system as their existing legacy system was inflexible and did not support their growing business needs. They were impressed by the gains Microsoft Dynamics NAV delivered for the Electricity Commission. Loyalty NZ implemented Microsoft Dynamics NAV along with an invoice approval module from Intergen. The new system provided improved processes, reporting, and data analysis capabilities to help Loyalty NZ better manage costs and support strategic decision making. The project was completed on time and on budget in 10 weeks.
