2. Idea Grid Function
» There are many features available
in the Idea Grid including:
» Sort ideas
» Select the column and filter
Alphabetically, Time, etc.
» Mark an idea as favorite: click
on the star in the right corner
and it will be highlighted.
» You can expand the idea so futher
details, including the complete
description and comments will
become visible.
3. Advanced Filters
» In addition to the basic filters, the user can click on the filter button to the right
and open the advanced filter mode where a number of fields will be displayed.
» The user can combine these fields to filter ideas according to their needs.
» Click again on the filter and the advanced filter mode is removed.
» Click on "Filter" below to activate the filter.
4. Manager Area
» Managers are able to view more
detailed information including:
» Filter the ideas by situation
(open and closed) and by
status (reviewed, approved,
etc.)
» Filter by pending reviews,
approvals and implementations
» See ideas near automatic filing (that
are inactive for a long time)
» See their ideas and favorite ideas
» See pending feedback (when other
users ask for feedback, but you don't
respond).
» Print an idea file
5. Create Drafts
» Drafts allow users to store
incomplete ideas until the idea has
been finalized.
» To subsequently convert the draft
into an idea, click on "edit" and
then "convert the draft into an
idea".
6. Idea Collector
» The Idea Collector allows users to post
ideas without having to login to
Innovbook.
» The Idea Collector can be placed on
your website where users can easily
input ideas for certain groups,
challenges, and improvements.
» Create a description for the idea
collector, start and end dates, as well
as activate and de-activite at your
leisure.
» By filling out the appropriate information
you can create a customized idea
collection form.
» Use the link at the bottom of the idea
collector and post on your website, blog,
social media networks, etc. .
7. Management Dashboard
» Click on the button "Dashboard" to
view the Administrative reports.
» You can create several reports
» Create a work area and add
several customized graphics.
» Ideas by user
» Ideas by status
» Pending Ideas by user
» Ideas by category
8. Management - Queries and Reports
» On this screen, you can perform
quick queries and print reports that
display all ideas by user/status.
» You can sort the columns by
clicking on the column name.
» You can make an advanced filter, for
example, to filter ideas that were
provided for a specific challenge.
