gain employment and to be successful in their chosen occupation which benefits themselves, the workforce,
the community and the economy is EMPLOYMENT."
Problem that prevails:
Approx. 570 universities 1500 colleges 100s of regional and national research institutes India’s higher
education and research sector is the third largest in the world, in
terms of the number of students it caters. We have funds,
colleges, teacher, students but still the unemployment rate is
high… If the current trends in India’s labour participation and
unemployment rate continue, about 423 million Indians working
age population will be unemployed or unable to participate in the
job market by 2030. According to the 2011 Census, youth account
for 20 per cent of the total population. However, 84.5 million young people in India live below the poverty
line, which is the highest rate worldwide, at 44.2 per cent of the total youth population. 26 per cent of
employed young people suffer from poverty (around 22 million). Around 40 per cent of the youth
population live in a vulnerable situation. 11 per cent are working poor, 4 per cent are unemployed and 25
per cent are not actively seeking work. Young job seekers makeup to 49 per cent of the total unemployed in
India. With 93 per cent of the available work provided by the informal sector, a significant number of well-
educated youth in India are either unemployed, underemployed, seeking employment or between jobs, or
coping with insecure work arrangements.

4. Panacea - The Solution
 Government should spend capital on every possible field of education that can be explored apart from
the mainstream system.
 Institutions should be established to adhere to the need of present scenario as to expand the domain
of education from mainstream to its parallels.
 Selecting excellencies of the respective fields as the sole doer of the institute as they will devote
themselves for the development of the field without any prejudices and biasness.
 Conducting various seminar and conferences with regard to this initiative by the stalwarts of that
field to advertise the prospect to the commoners and to spread the idea of parallel education system.
 Conducting various competitions as to inculcate enthusiasm among the competitors and to reward
them with handsome prize to encourage them.
 As to provide respect and to pull labours and workers in the mainstream employment industry to
transform them as an asset not liability proper training institutes should be established.
 After the foundation has been established work should be done to enhance the skill of the youth by
nurturing them into the various programme that will be introduced in the school system.

5. Ideas Behind our solutions
 Rainbow theory: from the very primitive stage the
exposure of children to versatility is necessary to
develop the appetite for courses they will develop an
inclination to.
 Passion is the driving force this will lead to
satisfaction among individuals and will keep them
motivated.
 Innovations would be there and one will try to excel
in their respective fields to reach new horizons.
 Hatred and mutual jealousy will not be there as
improving oneself will be the telos.
Cloud: it indicates the failure of our education
system that a person with inclination towards
music is into science and vice versa.
"Skill development from primary level is important because developing the skill set of
present youth is a temporary solution and will continue forever. Whereas this approach will
lead to permanent solution."

6. Implementation
From the very basic, to develop the aptitude and inclination for different courses among students the introduction
of rainbow theory is required.
Interest should be developed and must be nurtured among them as to inculcate all the traits from among the
choice that can be made.
The implementation should be made on both private and public platform as to provide it to all.
Exploration should be there by the individual before seriously considering about different possibilities and making
commitments to themselves.
1) Phonetics should be taught to the children instead of classic alphabets A B C D..... It will develop the
language in them and proper pronunciation just as it is in the case of hindi.
2) The development of interest will take place gradually with time and realization will be there among
themselves.
For the exposure and variants of courses conventional courses should be not forced by parents and it can be
achieved by
a. Spreading awareness about different available courses.
b. Explaining the monetary aspect as how investment in those courses can achieve both RESPECT and
CAPITAL.

7. From 6th
grade there should be extracurricular courses apart from the regular
academics.
Sports and arts introduced in class 6th
. Students excel in different areas of arts
and sports ex. drawing, painting, drama, music, dancing, etc.
By the time they reach 8th
grade, they chose a specific field in arts or sports. In 8th
grade they have to leave other fields of arts and sports and get a new field of
yoga, meditation, debating and argumentative skills.
In 10th
grade they choose total 3 field out of the given choices and a new research
is introduced.
In 11th
grade they have to chose 1 specific field in which they have to build their
career.
They can leave academic education and take their career in the field they are
interested or passionate about. Hence we will not be producing only trained
people rather educated people

After this private intervention in the form of sponsorship by bureaucrats, firms, media, MNCs will be there to share
the burden along with the government which will in turn will lead to prosperity and development our ultimate goal.
Feasibility
"The start of development is triggered by some challenge or conflict."
It's a two way process..its time taking we are hitting the base it will lead to
concrete development ..both the government and individual have to work
together to gain total satisfaction.. The solution will eventually lead to
development for sure.

9.  If India’s working-age population, its so-called demographic dividend, is
productively employed, India’s economic growth prospects will brighten.
 Since the job market is biased towards high-skill labour, the creation of
jobs for low-skill labour, who would continue to dominate its workforce,
will challenge India.
 Closing the skill gaps of its qualified workforce will be critical, as India
depends more on human capital than its peer countries that have a
similar level of economic development.
 India will have to bear a greater fiscal burden to support the unemployed
as the productivity will not be there by the excellencies in their field.
WHY 2014?
NOT NOW THEN WHEN?
This is a permanent solution and it has to be done one day. Then why not 2014....?????

10. 1.Sunrise states –realising the growth potential of north eastern states
Even if the growth potential is realised and analysed of these states then also there will be requirement of skilled human
resources to utilise the same and only proper education system containing conventional and non conventional sub fields can
solve this purpose of skilled labour force and also it is region specific and we are talking about
2.access to primary health care facilities
There is no rationality in spending irrational amount on primary health care instead money should be spend on creating a
population with proper skill sets so that they can grab available employment opportunities and become capable of availing
the primary health care facilities by themselves.
3. empowerment of women
The idea of creating more skilled population will no doubt also include the women in its arena and will definitely help in
empowerment of women.
4.efficiency of public distribution system
In a country half of the population of which doesn’t have access to food due to lack of proper employment; the talk of
improving efficiency of PDS is not relevant.
5.boosting agriculture productivity
The task of creating a population which is skilled and talented also include people who will be given training on agriculture
techniques for higher production.
Why it's better than others

11. 6.reducing malnutrition
It is obvious to a layman also that the problem of malnutrition is due to the lack of proper employment skills and if they
have employment they themselves can arrange for their food and spending money on feeding the population will make
them dependent on government and it is a temporary solution but making the population self dependent by improving
their skill sets will permanently solve the problem.
7.ensuring world class civic amenities in urban India
In a country half population of which resides in villages especially poor villages where people are not having even the basic
necessities of food, shelter, clothing etc, there is no point on giving the main focus on providing world class civic amenities
in cities.
8.enhancing the quality of primary education
This point is self explanatory as entire program of inculcating employment skills will also include primary education in its
field.
Our solution is anyways better than others because by solving this problem we are actually combating with all prevalent
problems and its is one solution to all difficulties..
It has some other benefits also :
When an individual will pursue his passion he will not have hatred for others and conflict will reduce..
People are often honest to themselves.. and if they follow their inner call they will do justice with their profession and
corruption will reduce.
If people are employed and follow their dreams they will have less stress and the health standard will increase.
India will gain its recognition at global platform which will in turn earn foreign exchange
