JUSTICE AND EMPATHY FOR THE VERY
“AAM NAARI”
The problems faced by women are innumerable and the whole women
empowerment issue requires tackling on many fronts. So the idea of JEEVAN
Basic projects which will be taken up by JEEVAN would include:
1. Introduction of Gender related courses in middle
department of all schools to sensitize children
about women.
2. Self training and workshops for all working and
non-working women. Campaigns which would
spread awareness among women of different
classes.
3. Lady drivers for women cabs which would run in
all days and especially nights. This would increase
the employment among women and make them
self-dependent.
4. Celebrities to promote the need of women to
raise their voices and speak for themselves.

7. Introduction to Gender related courses in Schools
There is a need to sensitize people about the problems which women face in their daily
lives. This can begin only at school level. This is the time period of ones life when one
is learning and can easily grab things and new changes.
Attendance in such courses should be compulsory and
teachers should conduct workshops.
Beside these courses, Quality education is the must.
Girls should get educated and learn to raise their voice.
Reason for low attendance and high drop-out rates of
adolescent girls
-Schools in remote areas are far away and not easily
accessible.
-Poor sanitation facilities.
-Schools are staffed exclusively by male teachers.
-Parental pressures to get married at early ages.
“Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.”
These problems if cured properly can help to increase women literacy rates and make
women independent to fight for their rights.
8. Possible solution to help girls and even women, educate themselves and become a
helping hand to contribute more to India’s total economy rates by getting employed.
