English presentation about CTNS: who we are, where we are, which research we carry out, which services we offer, which initiatives we participate in (Connect-EU, AIN cluster,...)
2. WHO WE ARE
CTNS - TECHNOLOGY CENTRE OF NUTRITION AND HEALTH
Mission: Research, innovation and technology transfer within
the agro-food industry, in particular in the field of functional
foods.
f d
Vision: To be a reference in the scientific substantiation of new
products with nutritional and health claims according to
European regulations.
E l ti
Public-private partnership:
Created in 2008 by the
Government of Catalonia, to
foster the technology transfer in
the strategic field of Agro-food.

3. WHERE WE ARE
CAMPUS OF INTERNATIONAL EXCELLENCE SOUTHERN OF CATALONIA (CEICS)
The CEICS accommodates a large part of
the facilities for the transfer of research
results in nutrition and health in and around
Tecnoparc, thus concentrating businesses
and innovation services in the sector.
