FME 2013 includes performance improvements of up to 20% faster processing. It supports over 300 data formats including new formats like ASTM E57, Autodesk IMX, and Salesforce. New transformers allow for point cloud processing, geometry validation, map text styling, and JSON/XML formatting. The Workbench interface has been refreshed for improved platform independence. Direct reading of HTTP, FTP, and zip files is now possible without intermediate files.
