April 2014
Message from Stephanie Wachman
President, ICF Colorado
Time is flying by, and I can't believe it's
already April. I am so excited about what our
chapter is involved with that I can hardly sleep
at night! As we mentioned at our last Chapter
Meeting, we are actively working on the final
details for the October 17th, 2014 Colorado
One Day Conference. The theme for this
conference is "Unleashing the Authentic Leader
Within."
The conference will take place at Red Rocks,
and we will have 2 big Key Notes and 4 break
out sessions followed by a not-to-be-missed networking reception.
Early bird registration for ICF members will be posted soon. Space
will be limited to about 110 attendees; more details to follow.
International Coaching Week is around the corner - May 19-25th!
We are finalizing the details for that week, so if you are interested in
volunteering some time to this amazing program, please contact
Reuel Hunt, rjhunt@earthlink.net.
At the chapter meeting, we also talked about the upcoming joint
networking event with ASTD and NSA, which is Thursday, August
21st, 6:00-8:30 pm, at The Living Room in Denver. In addition to
this networking event, we have also arranged for ICF Members to
get discounts with these chapters for their events and teleseminars.
We have a link on the ICF Colorado site to see their events:
http://www.icfcolorado.org/event-list
The energy on our board is contagious, and we will keep you posted
on all that's new and exciting, including the addition of at least 6
more teleseminars this year. On April 24, 2014, the Teleseminar

Logosynthesis® is a deceptively simple verbal technique for removing obstacles to effectiveness. It
dissolves reactions to past, present or anticipated stressful situations. It is based on a
spiritual/metaphysical point of view that holds that our basic life energy can get stuck in reaction to
anything that happens to us that we can’t fully process; Learn to identify the triggers to these
reactions and retrieve the energy bound up in the stuck experiences.
About Laurie Weiss, Ph.D. and Jonathan Weiss, Ph.D.
Laurie Weiss, Ph.D., and Jonathan B. Weiss, Ph.D., are partners in life and
work. These internationally recognized authors, psychotherapists and
relationship specialists have been married (to each other) more than 50
years, and have more than 40 years experience as business partners,
coaching people in powerful ways to improve the quality of their
relationships.
The Weisses have been introducing State-of-the-Art personal development
tools to Colorado since they opened their practice:
Transactional Analysis, 1969 (Games People Play, I’m OK, You’re OK)
Money & You: Management by Agreement, 1980 (which inspired the Win/Win Forum)
Effective Inner Child Work, 1989 (recommended by John Bradshaw)
And now, Logosynthesis® www.logosynthesiscolorado.com
They are the only Certified Logosynthesis® Practitioners in the United States.

April 2014 ICF Colorado Newsletter

  • 1. ICF Colorado Newsletter April 2014 Message from Stephanie Wachman President, ICF Colorado Time is flying by, and I can't believe it's already April. I am so excited about what our chapter is involved with that I can hardly sleep at night! As we mentioned at our last Chapter Meeting, we are actively working on the final details for the October 17th, 2014 Colorado One Day Conference. The theme for this conference is "Unleashing the Authentic Leader Within." The conference will take place at Red Rocks, and we will have 2 big Key Notes and 4 break out sessions followed by a not-to-be-missed networking reception. Early bird registration for ICF members will be posted soon. Space will be limited to about 110 attendees; more details to follow. International Coaching Week is around the corner - May 19-25th! We are finalizing the details for that week, so if you are interested in volunteering some time to this amazing program, please contact Reuel Hunt, rjhunt@earthlink.net. At the chapter meeting, we also talked about the upcoming joint networking event with ASTD and NSA, which is Thursday, August 21st, 6:00-8:30 pm, at The Living Room in Denver. In addition to this networking event, we have also arranged for ICF Members to get discounts with these chapters for their events and teleseminars. We have a link on the ICF Colorado site to see their events: http://www.icfcolorado.org/event-list The energy on our board is contagious, and we will keep you posted on all that's new and exciting, including the addition of at least 6 more teleseminars this year.
