end user can create the request or by the help of help desk guy.
The help desk guy can view the end user request and add additional information about it if
it's needed, then assign it to the right technical group to solve it, and he/she can create
his/her own request and assign it.
The technical user will open the request and write the workflow of it or transfer to another
technical group and also he/she can request an item”
