  I.   Company Description
           Hoop Boom is a corporation designed to build and market software products to the public with the
           intention of collecting unique user information and personal data as a market value. Additional revenue
           streams will be generated through subscription and partnership agreements.

           Secure retention of data is a future value for direct advertising opportunities, including the use for Hoop
           Boom to remarket our own products, as new associate relationships are introduced through expanded
           usage of products and services. This is the core design of our products and forms the backbone of our
           intended viral revenue model “Free to Fee”.

           Our escalated services and value-added products carry the possibility of additional revenue generation,
           but will be initiated as free services. As the company gathers content and client data, this information
           will be marketed to advertisers and partners.




           The company intentions are to be a most trusted, reliable and scalable provider of social mobile
           location-based services to a global community and user base. Data retention will utilize third-party data
           centers for all storage and cloud services in the attempt to minimize the possibility of liability or public
           data security concerns.




           Hoop Boom is in the early stages of product development. The company has three products in various
           stages of concept, design, development, each dependent on our two key software algorithms. These
           products are all mobile application-based web products with a social network focus.

           For this discussion we are looking to prioritize the design here within called: MYLO™

 II.       Product Summary




                                      “MYLO” as in "My Location” Monitor

                                       An Automated Threat Recognition

                                    & Personal Situation Assurance System


          MYLO = a free mobile application / web-based software. It includes a suite of tiered features and
        services that allow any individual the constant confidence of a situation (panic) alarm, with the added
         benefit of a real-time, pro-active, location, rules-based, monitoring for any and all family members,
                                                      including pets.

         “Get a text when your kid skips school, drives too fast, or gets too close to the
                          creepy registered offender’s house down the road”.
         MYLO has multiple tools for assisting local authorities and first responders through the provision of
       personal information, electronic medical records, historic travel events and real-time tracking of injured,
        missing, or possibly exploited persons. Additional uses include a variety of personnel-based military
                                            and commercial applications.

                  MYLO is a pending Trademark, as well as Patent Pending utility software service.

 III.    Mission of MYLO
          Our service is intended to monitor the worlds personal valued relations be it your child, teen, elderly, pet,
employee, troop, or any persons of interest. We have designed the ability to provide a method of recording
breadcrumb type tracking including detailed movement and associated activities of the above. We can also provide
the individuals and added level security with a panic alarm. With this tracking we can then adhere to automated rules
set by the person of authority.

These rules will when broken will trigger a mode of service that will pro-actively by settings contact the approved
listed trusted associates. When the event is started we now have the ability to control the mobile device for
monitoring and surveillances. This information may aid many authorities and family members with critical data in the
most important first hours of a missing person’s situation, or more important historical data in the hours after a
situation has occurred.




We have a pro-active tool to ease the minds and calm the hearts of the global community issue. This is
not the solution but a deterrent and peace of mind to anyone found alone or exposed to a personal
threat.

IV.    Core Product Value
                                   Free Marketing Model = Viral Generation of Clients

   Consumer Set: Like all Hoop Boom, products MYLO offers each user an entry-level suite of service and
   features. This introductory platform is to create a rapidly increasing critical mass of users for the product as we
   collect valuable user data. Via a networked model of distribution, users will forward the product by default to
   trusted contacts, thus promoting a viral market sharing environment. Through a tiered system of rewards, we
   compound the value of the original product / service as we re-market directly to these trusted “god parents” of
   each follow-on user through the simplistic EULA once confirmed as a trusted family contact.

   This approach establishes a perpetual process of new contacts with highly detailed information on relationships
   between users. As a hierarchy-based system of referrals, our system’s value to partners is multiplied
   exponentially by an average of four per each new user. The strength of the product and its viral capacities is key
   to our overall simplicity and access via mobile / tab apps (no PC will be required, though additional products and
   services can be deployed with account based log on with PC-users in mind).




                        Escalated Features & Services= Benefits Value and Revenue

   Our goal will always be to collect and retain unique client information via database servers; however, these
   servers will not be the property of Hoop Boom as we seek to deflect any vulnerability of the security since the
   core business is ownership / access to the data not its protection. Enhanced feature sets and services will
   include storage of emergency medical records (EMR) with the goal of creating a greater end-user experience.
   Over time, the product suite will evolve to meet the growing needs of clients, based on desire supported by a
   growing level of trust associated with the Hoop Boom brand.

   Reporting will be provided to the users through the mobile application U/I, as well as high-level reporting and
   mapping through the web interface account. Reporting will be trigger-based, based on any pre-programmed
   metrics (user set rules, judicial requirements, panic mode, etc.).

   Commercial Sets: Future iterations of the solution will include feature upgrades and enhanced product lines,
   allowing for robust application suites tailored to commercial, corporate and government sectors. New services
   will be enabled for the monitoring of valued personnel, tracking of persons of interest, securitization of registered
   or warranted offenders and a host of value-added services that support the activities of first-responders, military
   personnel, and intelligence services.

 V.      Product U/I Flow (User Downloads App via Mobile Device, Tab or PC.
Initially, the users download the app via a mobile device, tablet, or PC. The user may then log-in/register through
GPS location assistance and/or social networking sites (SNSs) through our partnership agreements.




The user can then upload contacts via a suggested list from known SNS databases and/or GPS location-based
suggestions.




Users can select feature sets based on the “Free to Fee” platforms with associated escalated benefits and values.

Base on each trigger event and mode of operation (Manual, Auto Activate, and Panic) the system will monitor,
generate and record its own pre-programmed series of events. These actions / values are continually evolving as the
technology matures and partnerships expand.




    Unique features include push/pull ping abilities and the use of personal receivers combined with command-and-
    control services that allow automated pro-active notification alarms to be sent to a variety of social devices.

VI.   Unique Features, Contacts & Hardware Design
          BASIC

      We offer the “Free Basic Service” for all “HARDWARE” via
      mobile applications and compatible with all major mobile
      operating systems. This will allow for our basic platform-wide
      package of features and services including:

      (Location zone mapping, GPS, Cellular tower triangulation,
      Blue Tooth, Motion detection, Camera, Mic, Speaker, Battery
      control, etc.)

      We will also offer a pre-teen model with an attractive clip-on toy (embedded GPS) for younger clients. Our fobs
      will function as a beacon and include an integrated panic trigger for children without mobile devices. Such a tool
      will be beneficial for clients in environments where mobile phones are prohibited, such as schools and secure
      areas. The GPS/FOB can be packaged in any manner fit for any market.

          EXPANDED

      With our “Expanded Services,” we will provide escalated features that will become more attractive based on
      growing partnership agreements. As we expand our basic services, this may include the use of other monitoring
      devices and revenue streams, including:

      ( Pin Point location (longitude/latitude), Red zones/Green zones, Gang boundaries, Cross reference of
      public or partner database systems including registered sexual and violent offenders, EZ-Pass, Store
      exit detection, Metal detectors, Look-up and record notification, Individual-based reports for persons
      identified by a “no go” list, bio and scent detection, etc.)

      The reporting of the recorded information will be pushed to the contact list based on the event and the level of
      service. This will also be expanded upon the partnership agreements created at Hoop Boom, which may include:

          CONTACTS

      (Twitter, email, Gmail, text, SMS, Net TV, On-Star, banks, ATM & credit cards, data storage push
      including Photos, EMR, medical history, physical description, etc.)

      Basic contacts (add unlimited contacts through GPS location suggestions and SNS outlets including Facebook,
      Twitter, Foursquare, Gmail and G+, etc.)

      Expanded contacts may include (school, church, local police, media outlets, employers/employees, etc.)

 VII.       User experience U/I flow
        Step 1 Download application from (ANDRIOD, I OS, TAB, PC)

                           Log in with (Facebook, LinkedIn, G+, Twitter, Gmail, or email account if none other)

                           Agree to registrations and EULA (soft switch slide, send agreement option to email)

                           Administration rights apply to primary account holders only, primary can add admin afterwards.

                           Simple soft switches for yes, no, character enters info fields.

        Step 2 Confirmation pushed to all phone(s), for one-touch “trusted god parent” confirmation

                           Take to registration page for emergency contact (push all info to marketing DB)

                           Pull suggestions from known contacts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, or Outlook email account)

                           Enter in family members if not above, and pull local police, campus, fire from zip code mapping

                           Set up red green zones, set up “no go” addresses, set up speed alerts, set up, panic alarm.

                           Contact method, home phone, SMS, email, mobile phone numbers, Net TV, On Star, etc.

        Step 3 Re-market to all parties (no EMS) receive confirmation message and advert for their own possible service

                           Ask for (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, or Outlook email account)

                           Agree= Enter in other unknown info, IE phone, email, address, zip, GPS enable

                           Link to web site, link to app, thank you SMS message to loved one, (push all to DB)

                           Repeat d 2 for every new customer (again and again and again)

VIII.       Conclusion
        As MYLO enters the early stages of prototype development, we are committed to provide a valuable tool to global
        authorities in the aid to assist and recover the missing and exploited. This by way of our core software algorithms of
        Hoop Boom, as will be all our social mobile location-based products. This includes the core revenue model based on
        the viral “Free to Fee” platform, which includes nearly limitless advertising and partnering opportunities.

        Hoop Boom products are focused to grow its user base and engage people all over the world who want to use our
        amazing products in their lives. We are sourcing capital investments to fund the company in order to move HB in a

Company Description Hoop Boom is a corporation designed to build and market software products to the public with the intention of collecting unique user information and personal data as a market value. Additional revenue streams will be generated through subscription and partnership agreements. Secure retention of data is a future value for direct advertising opportunities, including the use for Hoop Boom to remarket our own products, as new associate relationships are introduced through expanded usage of products and services. This is the core design of our products and forms the backbone of our intended viral revenue model “Free to Fee”. Our escalated services and value-added products carry the possibility of additional revenue generation, but will be initiated as free services. As the company gathers content and client data, this information will be marketed to advertisers and partners. The company intentions are to be a most trusted, reliable and scalable provider of social mobile location-based services to a global community and user base. Data retention will utilize third-party data centers for all storage and cloud services in the attempt to minimize the possibility of liability or public data security concerns. Hoop Boom is in the early stages of product development. The company has three products in various stages of concept, design, development, each dependent on our two key software algorithms. These products are all mobile application-based web products with a social network focus. Product Summary “MYLO” as in "My Location” Monitor An Automated Threat Recognition & Personal Situation Assurance System MYLO = a free mobile application / web-based software. It includes a suite of tiered features and services that allow any individual the constant confidence of a situation (panic) alarm, with the added benefit of a real-time, pro-active, location, rules-based, monitoring for any and all family members, including pets. “Get a text when your kid skips school, drives too fast, or gets too close to the creepy registered offender’s house down the road”. MYLO has multiple tools for assisting local authorities and first responders through the provision of personal information, electronic medical records, historic travel events and real-time tracking of injured, missing, or possibly exploited persons. Additional uses include a variety of personnel-based military and commercial applications. MYLO is a pending Trademark, as well as Patent Pending utility software service. Mission of MYLO Our service is intended to monitor the worlds personal valued relations be it your child, teen, elderly, pet, employee, troop, or any persons of interest. We have designed the ability to provide a method of recording breadcrumb type tracking including detailed movement and associated activities of the above. We can also provide the individuals and added level security with a panic alarm. With this tracking we can then adhere to automated rules set by the person of authority. These rules will when broken will trigger a mode of service that will pro-actively by settings contact the approved listed trusted associates. When the event is started we now have the ability to control the mobile device for monitoring and surveillances. This information may aid many authorities and family members with critical data in the most important first hours of a missing person’s situation, or more important historical data in the hours after a situation has occurred. We have a pro-active tool to ease the minds and calm the hearts of the global community issue. Core Product Value Free Marketing Model = Viral Generation of Clients Consumer Set: Like all Hoop Boom, products MYLO offers each user an entry-level suite of service and features. This introductory platform is to create a rapidly increasing critical mass of users for the product as we collect valuable user data. Via a networked model of distribution, users will forward the product by default to trusted contacts, thus promoting a viral market sharing environment. Through a tiered system of rewards, we compound the value of the original product / service as we re-market directly to these trusted “god parents” of each follow-on user through the simplistic EULA once confirmed as a trusted family contact. This approach establishes a perpetual process of new contacts with highly detailed information on relationships between users. As a hierarchy-based system of referrals, our system’s value to partners is multiplied exponentially by an average of four per each new user. The strength of the product and its viral capacities is key to our overall simplicity and access via mobile / tab apps (no PC will be required, though additional products and services can be deployed with account based log on with PC-users in mind). Escalated Features & Services= Benefits Value and Revenue Our goal will always be to collect and retain unique client information via database servers; however, these servers will not be the property of Hoop Boom as we seek to deflect any vulnerability of the security since the core business is ownership / access to the data not its protection. Enhanced feature sets and services will include storage of emergency medical records (EMR) with the goal of creating a greater end-user experience. Over time, the product suite will evolve to meet the growing needs of clients, based on desire supported by a growing level of trust associated with the Hoop Boom brand. Reporting will be provided to the users through the mobile application U/I, as well as high-level reporting and mapping through the web interface account. Reporting will be trigger-based, based on any pre-programmed metrics (user set rules, judicial requirements, panic mode, etc.). Commercial Sets: Future iterations of the solution will include feature upgrades and enhanced product lines, allowing for robust application suites tailored to commercial, corporate and government sectors. New services will be enabled for the monitoring of valued personnel, tracking of persons of interest, securitization of registered or warranted offenders and a host of value-added services that support the activities of first-responders, military personnel, and intelligence services.   • 6. MYLO (Pat-Pend) 1-2012 V. Product U/I Flow (User Downloads App via Mobile Device, Tab or PC. Initially, the users download the app via a mobile device, tablet, or PC. The user may then log-in/register through GPS location assistance and/or social networking sites (SNSs) through our partnership agreements. The user can then upload contacts via a suggested list from known SNS databases and/or GPS location-based suggestions. These actions / values are continually evolving as the technology matures and partnerships expand. Unique features include push/pull ping abilities and the use of personal receivers combined with command-and- control services that allow automated pro-active notification alarms to be sent to a variety of social devices. Unique Features, Contacts & Hardware Design BASIC We offer the “Free Basic Service” for all “HARDWARE” via mobile applications and compatible with all major mobile operating systems. This will allow for our basic platform-wide package of features and services including: (Location zone mapping, GPS, Cellular tower triangulation, Blue Tooth, Motion detection, Camera, Mic, Speaker, Battery control, etc.) We will also offer a pre-teen model with an attractive clip-on toy (embedded GPS) for younger clients. Our fobs will function as a beacon and include an integrated panic trigger for children without mobile devices. Such a tool will be beneficial for clients in environments where mobile phones are prohibited, such as schools and secure areas. The GPS/FOB can be packaged in any manner fit for any market. EXPANDED With our “Expanded Services,” we will provide escalated features that will become more attractive based on growing partnership agreements. As we expand our basic services, this may include the use of other monitoring devices and revenue streams, including: ( Pin Point location (longitude/latitude), Red zones/Green zones, Gang boundaries, Cross reference of public or partner database systems including registered sexual and violent offenders, EZ-Pass, Store exit detection, Metal detectors, Look-up and record notification, Individual-based reports for persons identified by a “no go” list, bio and scent detection, etc.) The reporting of the recorded information will be pushed to the contact list based on the event and the level of service. Simple soft switches for yes, no, character enters info fields. Step 2 Confirmation pushed to all phone(s), for one-touch “trusted god parent” confirmation Take to registration page for emergency contact (push all info to marketing DB) Pull suggestions from known contacts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, or Outlook email account) Enter in family members if not above, and pull local police, campus, fire from zip code mapping Set up red green zones, set up “no go” addresses, set up speed alerts, set up, panic alarm. Contact method, home phone, SMS, email, mobile phone numbers, Net TV, On Star, etc. Step 3 Re-market to all parties (no EMS) receive confirmation message and advert for their own possible service Ask for (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, or Outlook email account) Agree= Enter in other unknown info, IE phone, email, address, zip, GPS enable Link to web site, link to app, thank you SMS message to loved one, (push all to DB) Repeat d 2 for every new customer (again and again and again) VIII. Conclusion As MYLO enters the early stages of prototype development, we are committed to provide a valuable tool to global authorities in the aid to assist and recover the missing and exploited. This by way of our core software algorithms of Hoop Boom, as will be all our social mobile location-based products.
