These included using QR codes to track tour attendees, a personalized "Parent VIP page" with student and parent profiles, a smartphone tour of campus available for download, live streaming tours online, a daily photo on social media, weekly video updates, and customized email campaigns. The goal was to provide a more interactive experience using multimedia tools.
