and adult daughter and their churches they attend have strong ties with people in
Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter's office and Philadelphia District Attorney's Private
Criminal Complaint Unit which obstructed rejected 5 log number complaints for
prosecution from February 19, 2010 through June 11, 2010 about the thug behaving
going on three year crime spree of Erick Brown Saundra O. Sullivan Diane and
Lenwood Kearney.
Philadelphia Family Court submissions of evidence and witness statements submitted
to Philadelphia District Attorney's office are rejected/obstructed by friends of friends
working in Private Criminal Complaint Unit or Philadelphia CCP Family Division,

rather than admit orders were not in the best interest of Grinage family minor children.
We believe Saundra O. Sullivan has a close friend in the legal department of City of

After discovering the same stolen prior address of HireLyrics Administrative Services

1993 to get medical services for an adult leaving 5 year old minor child with bad credit

Erick L. Brown shared a five year history of residency with the people he led eight-
member mob assault against on June 8, 2010, not only abducting and mentally and
emotionally injuring his children with Lorraine C. Grinage, but also committing and

fraud, bigamy, chronic unreported child abuse that started long before he met Saundra

Honorable Mitchell S. Goldberg for failure to effect service), Lorraine Grinage v Saundra
O. Sullivan and Erick Brown for the 12/13/09 aggravated assaults on minors while in
commission of perjury bigamy, social security supplement income and insurance fraud.
Five days after Erick Brown and Saundra O. Sullivan lied to U.S. Marshals attempting
service of summons in federal lawsuit, they are videoed in doorway of 972 Anchor
Street, Philadelphia Pa 19124, receiving service of 06/08/10 Order Rule To Show
Cause in Family Division temporary and still pending custody matter 0C0705124.
U.S. Marshals returned proof of service confirming Saundra O. Sullivan and Erick L.
Brown fled 972 Anchor Street, Philadelphia Pa 19124 by July 1, 2010.
Grinage Family began investigations to (1) prove Erick Brown and Saundra O. Sullivan's
perjury resulted in legal malpractice and fraud of Pennsylvania courts and (2) log the
falsification of identity documents, false report of stolen vehicle, unreported mechanics
earnings, continued fraud of social security disability benefits, public assistance, online
banking and theft prior address of Roxanne Grinage dba HireLyrics Administrative
Services shared by Erick L. Brown in five year residency history with Grinage Family.
Although Federal child abuse and fraud fugitives are complained of several times since
February 19, 2010 through June 11, 2010 to Philadelphia District Attorney Private
Criminal complaint with evidence of Bigamy, child abuse, child endangerment, false
report of stolen vehicle insurance fraud, and even public mob assault fugitives referred
by a President Judge to District Attorney's office, Saundra O. Sullivan and Erick L.
Brown felt comfortable working as an auto mechanic, being seen around town buying
drugs collecting SSI, collecting public assistance joining churches claiming to be

U.S. Civil Statutes: Perjury, Subornation Perjury and Perjury in a Judicial Context, The
Parental Kidnapping Prevention Act ("PKPA") contempt of every temporary custody
order in Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Family Division Case ID 0C0705124, from
August 17, 2009 leading up to Defendants' June 8, 2010 eight-member public mob
assault child abductions performed with baseball bats and guns during temporary and
still pending state court custody proceedings; housing 1 1/2 and 3 year old Grinage
Family Minor Plaintiffs with defendants' mob assault participant family members and
convicted rapist Sheldon Holloway Age 37; and depriving Grinage Family maternal

7. On May 17, 2012 Defendant Erick L. Brown texted photos of parent kidnapped children
shown neglected, mattress on floor, debris, squalor conditions. Defendant Erick L.
Brown had five telephone conversations with Grinage Family Plaintiff Lorraine C.
Grinage, mother of 06/08/10 mob assault parent kidnapped plaintiff minors which
evidence chronic and current unreported criminal child abuse in violation of U.S. Civil
Statutes (federal laws) The Federal Parental Kidnapping Prevention Act; 28 U.S.C. §
1738A; The Federal Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act CAPTA Reauthorization
Act of 2010, Perjury Generally 18 U.S.C. § 1621(1)(2); Subornation of Perjury 18 U.S.C.
§ 1622; Perjury in a Judicial Context 18 USC 1623; 18 USC § 1028 Fraud And Related
Activity In Connection With Identity Documents and Information.
Federal fraud fugitive Saundra O. Sullivan lied to U.S. Marshals on June 3, 2010 telling
Marshals she didn't live where five days later she was photographed in the doorway of
service address receiving service of Honorable Kevin M. Dougherty's Rule to Cause
Order granted in relief of Lorraine Grinage's 3rd Emergency Petition for Relief with
proofs of Saundra O. Sullivan's criminal child abuse of Lorraine Grinage's children.
On June 8, 2010, 45 minutes after service Honorable Kevin Dougherty's Order, Saundra
Sullivan and Erick Brown assembled several family members, City of Philadelphia
employees and City of Philadelphia DHS foster contractor Saundra O. Sullivan's mother
Diane Kearney; brought Ezekiel and Arriyel to the scene of mob aggravated assault
beatings with baseball bats and guns, left toddlers unattended in vehicle while

Philadelphia Family Court has ordered a "Custody Master's Conference" in Case ID No.
0C0705124 on August 9, 2010 to continue entertaining the perjury of fugitives and
bigamist criminal child abusers Saundra O. Sullivan and Erick L. Brown.
Federal Fraud and public mob assault and criminal child abuser Saundra O. Sullivan
wasn't worried then and she's not worried now. Saundra O. Sullivan was able to walk
into Philadelphia Family Court and file a petition for custody of the children she

May 17, 2017, Erick L. Brown contacted Lorraine Grinage by sending two texted photos
of 5 and 3 year old Ezekiel and Arriyel Brown shown neglected, mattress on floor,

conversation with Lorraine C. Grinage claiming to attempt reunification of the children
