students with his company but
his frustration comes from
disconnect between those two
parties
He thinks defining his
goals for recruiting the
right person is the starting
point. It's challenging for
him to find the right timing
for both students and the
company HR process. The stakeholder tries to support a good
relationship between his corporate and
students in schools so that he can be
