•GOVERNMENT (type of democracy, type of monarchy, type of
government system, head of government, head of state, citizens role)
•ECONOMICS (natural resources, trading partners, NAFTA, mixed
economy)
4. BOARD GAME – Needs to include a
board, directions, and game pieces. Your
board needs to be about the size of a
student desk. Your game needs to show
evidence of knowledge in all areas above.
You need to have at least 10
questions/cards for each area above. You
need to include at least one map, chart,
AND graph.
5. SCRAPBOOK – Create a scrapbook of
Canada. The scrapbook needs to include a
title page and at least TWO pages for each
area above.
Be sure that each of your pages includes
details/information listed above for each
area. You need to include at least one map,
chart, AND graph.
6. A to Z BOOK OF CANADA – Create an A
to Z book of Canada. It needs to be
creative, organized, neat, and colorful.
Each of the above areas needs to be
included.
Your pages need to include DETAILS

area. You must write in complete
sentences. You need to include at least one
map, chart, AND graph.
7. CANADIAN NEWSPAPER - Create a
newspaper that features different aspects of life
in Canada. You must have at least one article
from each of the topics listed above.
Each article must have a headline and a
picture or artwork. You must use proper
paragraph format for your articles. Your
newspaper must also contain some ads, one
map, chart, and a graph.
