potential of their workforce. Engagement levels across the world have stagnated, employee loyalty and commitment have fallen, and companies have been
unable to support and inspire their workforce to deliver their best.

To drive productivity, companies across the world must understand the role they have to play in ensuring high levels of engagement, and remove the barriers
which are holding their employees, and their organizations back.
