AM: Today we are pleased to be beginning a new initiative, working together to provide a flexible training and development offer across the county.\n\neLearn, eTeach will join together to support professional development and improve teaching and learning. \n

AM:Flexibility is the key word here..\n\nWe have realised we need to think more creatively about how we deliver training across the county, to cater for the individual requirements of schools and organisations..\n
AM:We will build on our current offer by providing physical centres, loan equipment and bespoke training \n
SS: We want eLearn, eTeach to provide a learning eco system that provides people with opportunity to experience innovation, share good practice, collaboration, CPD, how to use technology to improve children’s outcomes and close the achievement gap\n

SS: We have been listening...\n\nyour ideas and feedback have helped us shape the eLearn, eTeach offer..\n
SS: Partnership. We have built relationships with a variety of partners. This is key to the success of the eLearn, eTeach offer\n
SS: This is collaboration between you, suppliers, and ourselves...\n\nWe are agnostic to platform and supplier. We have a philosophy that we do not want to discount anything or anybody\n\nWe don’t know where the next innovation is going to come from...\n
AM:On your hand outs you will see that there are heading that identify the eLearn, eTeach CPD offer.\n\nThey are: Data to Inform, Hands on Technology, digital literacy, computer studies, sharing expertise, the cutting edge, curriculum development and further education\n\nWe can also provide bespoke training. \n
Bespoke - anything is possible, not just what is published in the brochures or on the website. We welcome any opportunity to talk to you about your requirements\n
AM:You will be able to loan you boxes of technology that combined with practitioners expertise will provide you with opportunity to try before you buy or investigate capacity of specific technologies..\n
SS:What else can we do? This is where we are now... we would welcome your opinions and ideas today...\n\n5 minutes... discuss with people around you...\n
