Islamabad.
 Working In TAQ International Organization as IT Help-desk (System Software
Executive) from 2nd February 2013 to till now.
Responsibilities:
 Provide computer help desk support and technical trainings on
hardware/software to end user.
 Responsible for the installation of Printers, Scaners, CCTV Camers etc.
 Responsible to assist in system administration/maintenance and development
of core IT infrastructure, server operation and application at regional level.
 Perform troubleshooting; maintain networktraffic, system security, disaster
recovery, system backup and maintenance
 The network infrastructure (LAN/WAN) and network equipmentare fully
operational
 Perform various administrative duties such as purchasing systems, laptops
printer scanner etc, mass-mailing to support fundraising efforts for the blind
and other organizations for the disabled.
 Provide help to prepare new system to end users.
 Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management and
service delivery
 Maintain Windows Updates,XP ,Win 7,Win 8,Ubuntu etc
