3. ABOUT US Automated Office Solutions was founded in 1982 as a data processing company and has evolved as the premier provider of technical training in this area. We are proud to be a Gold Certified Microsoft Learning Solutions Provided and a Novell Authorized Education Center We currently have four divisions in the company to serve your needs.

4. PRINTER SERVICE Jerald Ford is our dedicated printer technician. Factory trained on 8 name brands of copiers Rico, Mita, Cannon, Konica, O’ce, Minolta, Toshiba, Xerox Factory trained on 5 name brands of printers HP, Xerox, Gestetner, Lexmark, Okie Data Trained to work on Plotters, Digital Duplicators, Fax Machines, Time Clocks, and Wide Format Copiers. Jerald is also A+ certified and currently studying for PDI+ and MCDST.

5. COMPUTER SERVICE BARRY WILSON Barry has a AS in applied sciences with a concentration in Networking Barry holds an A+ certification and is studying for MCDST. JUSTIN HOEFLING Justin has a AS in applied sciences with a concentration in Networking Justin holds an A+ and MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) certification

6. Computer Service Continued We offer hourly, block time and managed services. We strive to provide the most and best customer service technology company in the area. Clients on a Managed Service Agreement will receive first priority for all calls. Clients on a Block Time Service Agreement will receive second priority for all calls.

7. PRODUCT SALES For the convenience of our clients we have a division set up for product sales. If you need equipment or software we will be glad to get it for you. We offer competitive pricing on all items we sell.

8. TRAINING Automated Office Solutions participates with several major vendors to provide students with the best training available Microsoft Gold Certified Learning Solutions Provider. We train our students using Microsoft Official Courseware (MOS) EC-Council We have partnered with EC-Council to provide you with the best security training available.

9. TRAINING CONTINUED Novell Authorized Education Center (NAAEC) We use authorized Novell courseware in all our Novell courses CompTIA We offer a full line of CompTia Classes for certification Application Classes We offer a full line of application classes Cisco We offer CCNA, CISSP
