Outlook for January
Overall residential real estate stats for December compared to November turned out to exceed market
expectations with total sales, median sales price, median days to sell, sales/listing ratio and inventory
turnover trending positive. In fact, the only sluggish data statistic was the marginal decrease in the
amount of available listings during the month.
With this in mind, January 2014 is a new start for everyone looking to buy or sell real estate.
Opportunities are abundant and the cost to borrow remains extremely low, historically speaking. For

Outlook for January Overall residential real estate stats for December compared to November turned out to exceed market expectations with total sales, median sales price, median days to sell, sales/listing ratio and inventory turnover trending positive. In fact, the only sluggish data statistic was the marginal decrease in the amount of available listings during the month.
