Twoater is an iPhone app catering to all the people that live, work and play on boats as well as the ports and harbours that support them and all the businesses that provide products and services to them.

We provide this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding
the collection, use and disclosure of personal information we receive from users
through the Twoater. This Privacy Policy applies to information that is provided to us
through the Twoater App. or that we otherwise receive through the Services.
YOU ARE HEREBY ADVISED THAT YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE TWOATER APP. AND
THE OTHER SERVICES CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, ANY
APPLICABLE CURRENT AND PRIOR VERSIONS, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Understanding the Services and Types of Users.
Twoater is available to people that live, work and play on boats, Ports that cater to
boaters and businesses that provide products and services to the boating community.
2. Information Collection.
In the course of using this App. and other Services, users may provide us
with certain personally identifiable information. This refers to information
about users that can be used to contact or identify them, and information
on their use of and activities on the App. that may be connected with them
(“Personal Information”). Personal Information that we collect may include,
but is not limited to an email address and device identifier. Personal
Information may also include information users supply to us concerning
their preferences and interests expressed in the course of use of the App.
When users visit the App. to use the Service, our servers may
automatically record information that their browser or device provides to
us. This information may include, but is not limited to, user’s computer or
device’s Internet Protocol address, browser type, the web page it was
visiting before it came to the Site and information it searches for on the
Site.
3. How We Use Personal Information.
Personal Information is or may be used for the following purposes: (i)

Services, (ii) to administer a user’s use of the Services, (iii) to enable a
user to enjoy and easily navigate the App., (iv) for internal purposes

Twoaters :
The only personal information we collect is the email address. We do
not disclose this to anyone.
Ports :
All information that you type into the port profile page is displayed to
all the other users of the app. in the same way that information is
made available through Pilot Guides and other publicly available
information about Ports
Businesses :
The same as for Ports
5. Service Providers, Business Partners and Others.
We may employ third party companies and individuals to
facilitate our services, to provide the Services on our
behalf, to perform App-related services (including but not
limited to data storage, maintenance services, database
management, web analytics, payment processing, and
improvement of the App’s features) or to assist us in
analyzing how the Services are used. These third parties
have access to your Personal Information solely for
purposes of performing these tasks on our behalf and are
obligated to protect that information.
6. Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement.
It may be necessary − by law, legal process, litigation, and/or requests from public and
governmental authorities within or outside your country of residence − for the
Company to disclose your personal information. We may also disclose information
about you if we determine that for purposes of national security, law enforcement, or

Business Transfers.
In the event of a reorganization, merger, or sale we may transfer any and all personal
information we collect to the relevant third party.
Changing or Deleting Personal Information.
A user may review, update, correct or delete the Personal Information provided in its
Twoater account profile by changing its “ME settings.”
7. Security.
All of the data that the Twoater App. stores is managed by www.Parse.com.

Our Services are not directed to children under 18 years of age. We do not
knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If a parent
or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with
Personal Information, he or she should contact us at Twoater Issues Team. If
we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal
Information, we will delete such information from our files.
