distribution agreement with “The Pilot Shop” to provide cockpit acrylics repair and
restoration products, as well as aircraft navigation system cleaning solutions.
According to Gus Ordonez, CEO of Plastek Corp: “The agreement with the Pilot Shop allows
the pilot and aircraft restoration community to visit the store front and obtain our
commercial grade products, including display and navigation system cleaning solutions,
and also to obtain direct service to questions and potential restoration techniques that may
be different in older aircraft. Plastek has the restoration expertise and extensive database
that is willing to share with the pilot community via The Pilot Shop distribution agreement”

for FBO aircraft services

signing of a joint partnership agreement with New Avex Corp to provide repair, restoration
and detailing services of aircraft. The partnership brings Plastek products and its
proprietary training and logistics coupled with New Avex Inc with its world class Fixed
Base Operator services and distribution of Daher-Socata aircraft (formerly EADS Socata).

the portfolio of 14 different products and proprietary processes for restoration of acrylics

toolkit designed for US military rotorcraft

contract award of the military grade acrylic restoration kits, and the official Insertion
Notice into the Alpha92 toolset. The A92 toolset is the new generation military toolkit that
has been designed by the US military and the user’s community, based on the expected
rotorcraft/ fixed wing aircraft repairs and field use expected for the 21st century.

military logistics and product support contract for the Alpha 92 toolset. Plastek’s military-

the offering of its General and Business Jet Aviation products through the globally
recognized network of Embry Riddle alumni and aviation associates. The product offering
is effective as of December, 2008.

grade repair system for polycarbonate windows at AOPA 2008. This is the latest offering in
the window repair product line that can restore and detail polycarbonate windows.
Plastek’s Repair System will be highlighted at the Main Exhibit Hall Booth 2019, followed
by a demonstration at the Product Demonstration Chalet. The Press conference is
scheduled for 07 November at 12:30 PM in Conference Room “N”.
The Polycarbonate Window Aviation Repair system follows the launch of the Acrylic

revolutionary General Aviation grade acrylic detailing, repair and restoration product line
at 2008 EAA AirVenture Oshkosh. Plastek’s ACRYLIC REPAIR AND RESTORATION KIT and
DETAILER’S POLISH KIT will be available for demonstration and purchase throughout the
show at the Plastek booth, #5062, Hangar E.
The EZClear ACRYLIC REPAIR AND RESTORATION KIT provides general aviation
enthusiasts with a simple way to remove normal wear, hazing and scratches from acrylic
aircraft windows. In minimal time, the kit restores clarity to a like new condition.
The EZClear DETAILER’S POLISH KIT contains an aviation grade polish that removes light
scratching and haze from interior aircraft windows. The kit’s hand application polish and

LOS ANGELES – Mar., 2008 – Plastek, LLC (www.PlastekLLC.com) releases results from a
U.S. Army Laboratory test evaluating the use of EZClear acrylic polishes and their affect on
the visual performance of night vision equipment. The U.S. Army Research Laboratory at
Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD concluded that EZClear polishes/pads restored haze and
clarity levels to within .33% of original levels. EZClear polishes were found to have no
adverse affect on night-vision clarity.
Plastek launches new military products at Army Aviation Association of America’s
Annual Convention in National Harbor, MD
LOS ANGELES – May, 2008 – Plastek, LLC (www.PlastekLLC.com) recently exhibited at the
Army Aviation Association of America’s Annual Convention in National Harbor, Maryland.
Plastek featured its newly repackaged Aviation Repair Launch Kits. Both the Deployment
Launch Kit and the Depot/Hangar Launch Kit were on display. In addition, Plastek
presented its newly obtained NVG test data; EZClear polishes restored acrylic aircraft
windows to within .4% of original clarity levels. The polishes were determined to not
adversely affect night vision equipment.

more severe damage from acrylic surfaces in less time. To meet these demands, Plastek
focuses on product development. Plastek aims to comply with more sever customer
requirements and have enhanced products by February 2008. Additionally, management
makes plans for product expansion into new markets. Product enhancements, new
packaging and entry into new markets will be the focus through 2008.
Plastek, LLC announces the sale of its product to Bombardier
LOS ANGELES – Mar., 2007 – Plastek, LLC (www.PlastekLLC.com) announces the sale of
its product to Bombardier. Learjet will use EZClear at the factory in Wichita on its acrylic
aircraft windows.
Plastek, LLC relocates from Redwood City to Signal Hill, California
SAN FRANCISCO – Feb., 2007 – Plastek, LLC (www.PlastekLLC.com) announces it will
move its offices from Redwood City, California where it has been headquartered for four
years, effective March 2007. The company will relocate to Signal Hill, California, near Long
Beach. All corporate functions along with marketing, sales and product development will
consolidate to operate out of this single location.
