My Mission - To add value and be pro-active in every aspect of my life, be it at work or play by continual learning, growing
and sharing the skills I have learnt with others.
At work - My Motto is HIT (Honesty, Integrity & Trust). I specialize in win-win situations and believe this builds strong, long
lasting business relationships between the company I represent and their customer as well as suppliers. I believe that by
telling the brutal truth (even if it is not always exactly what someone would like to hear) is the best way to build such
relationships. I also believe that things don’t get done by themselves and that being pro-active is the only way to achieve
ones goals and dreams. One cannot be proactive without planning and organisation so it is something I pride myself in.
Loyalty is one of my strongest traits and when I have given my commitment to anyone or anything I am extremely
dedicated. I have no problem working under pressure as “stress” is my middle name. As long as the pressure is worth the
reward I thrive on it.
Personally - I am very passionate about people especially children and the elderly as well as our planet and the
environment we live in. I love nature, the bush, the ocean and all wild life. I would love to do more in my personal capacity
to preserve this and ensure that all generations to come may have the benefit of enjoying the wonders we have so easily
taken for granted. I would also love to provide the opportunity for those those who have not yet had the fortune to
experience these wonders an opportunity to do so.
My Dreams & Goals – To work in a pleasant environment where I am treated as an equal and with the same dignity as I
will be sure to treat others. It is my aim to be the top achiever at whatever task I perform and for whichever company I am
employed by whilst earning remuneration accordingly. I would like to travel the world but mostly Africa to start with. I plan
to own a game lodge one day – my own little piece of paradise. It is my intention to be debt free in the next three years
and thereafter invest in my future. I would like to know that I have enough funds set aside for an enjoyable retirement and
some surplus to spend on do good projects.
My vision - That those who are left behind and those still to follow when my time has come to pass, may live a life of
abundance and benefit greatly from the time I have spent here due to the value I have added. Whether I am remembered
for it or not is an unimportant factor but that they may enjoy the journey as much as I do is important to me.

This does not make me a saint and is not to say that money is not an important motivator, we all need it to survive, we
need it more if we don’t just want to survive but live and if we want to add value to others, we need plenty of it.

I believe that any organization that has similar core values and characteristics to the ones I have mentioned above would
be making a wise investment in rendering my services. I will bring to the table all of the above qualities and many years of
experience in running my own business as well as experience in the corporate environment. Having a wide knowledge in
most aspects of how a company is run on a day to day basis and being the glue on the puzzle board is how I like to
envision myself. I am open-minded to change and look forward to challenges; I am constantly striving to improve by
learning new skills formally or informally. This enables me to be extremely versatile and flexible which will largely benefit
