The VIP Hotel’s management takes this opportunity to introduce our hotel to you for the
purpose of the interest we have to partner with you in business.
The VIP Hotel, Madeya (Villa International Palace Hotel) was opened on 6th December 2014
and it is the newest and most modern hotel in Siaya region.
We are committed to offer excellent services according to high standards expected from us
to which many organizations and institutions, private companies, corporate clients and
tourists can attest to.
We are located along Kisumu –Busia highway, 10 minutes’ drive after Yala town towards
Busia, next to Inuka Hospital at Madeya Centre near Sidindi.
The following rates will remain applicable for the year 2015.

Hall hire Only - upto 350 pax maximum Per day 25,000.00
