  3. And now I’d like to introduce you presenter for today’s Webinar: Kelly Payne is the Director of Client Services at Glassdoor. In this role, Kelly helps shape Glassdoor’s employer products and strategies to best deliver results for our clients. The Client Services department works closely with our Sales and Account Management divisions to provide clients with all levels of service and support – from implementation and set up to evaluating successes and ROI. Kelly frequently speaks as an industry expert on recruitment advertising, employer branding, job seeker behaviors and customer relationship management.

  6. Enhanced Profile customers have the ability to add in photo or video as well as a summary. This is important because as you’ll see while we tried to cover a wide variety of benefits we weren’t able to cover all, and the summary box enables you to add further information
  7. Sent out an email to 35k users who previously contributed content
  8. Just like with all other content. Comments can be added.
  9. What do checkmarks mean? A dark green check indicates 66%+ of employees have received a particular benefit/perk A light green check indicates 33%+ of employees have received a particular benefit/perk A gray dash indicates that less than 33% have received a particular benefit/perk (this means that it could be no one has voted that they have it) If there is additional information about a specific benefit, such as an employee comment or an employer summary, the benefit will be hyperlinked. Employers can also respond to each benefits review (similar to other reviews on Glassdoor)
