2008 to May 2010. Monthly volume was up to 2 million litres per month with a monthly
turnover of over KES 160 Million.
• Successfully oversaw the acquisition of 18 retails sites previously owned by Pearl Oil Uganda,
which led to more brand visibility and increased volume and profitability.
• Successfully managed sales teams of 14 in Hass, comprised of marketers in retail, commercial
and exports business segments and Customer Service and achieved company targets.

Post: Territory Manager – Consumer and Lubricants
Responsibilities: • Was in-charge of a portfolio of Consumer Customers’ accounts with monthly sales turnover of
over KES 1Billion. Customers included companies in Power Sector, Manufacturing, Food
Processing, Textile, Hospitality and Hotel industry, Health Care, Transport and Logistics,
Construction and Agri-business. Was responsible for positively influencing the customers on
the good image of Total Group.
• Actively managed key accounts to enhance relationship with customers thereby creating
customer satisfaction and loyalty through regular contact with representatives of key
customers through visits, phone calls, follow up of queries, meetings and marketing events and
proper transmission of invoices and various account statements to ensure proper customer
account administration.
• Sale of bulk fuels and lubricants to generate revenue and profits and meet set volume and
profit targets. Involved in carrying out Lubes surveys in liaison with Lubes Specialist and
advising the customers on the appropriate products for their equipment/technologies. Also
involved in presenting new products and services developed by Total and checking the
regularity of orders.
